CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please be courteous when making a booking as last minute cancellations or no shows can be detrimental for my small business, by not allowing sufficient time to fill the appointment & causing other clients to miss out on their preferable times.

All appointments are confirmed 48 hours prior via text message, so this is your chance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Thank you for understanding.

APPOINTMENTS:

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment allowing enough time to change into a gown, relax and complete all necessary forms prior to your treatment. This is your time to unwind, so please silence your mobile phone and enjoy the experience.

LATE ARRIVALS:

Please don't be late to not inconvenience following clients. Late arrivals will only receive the remaining time of the scheduled appointment and charged full booked service amount.

TREATMENTS & SERVICES:

All treatments and product pricing is subject to change without notice.

I will do my best to keep the information current, but it may not always reflect the price changes on the website or treatment menu.

PAYMENTS:

Beauty Aesthetic By Lisa Jane accepts payment for products and services in the form of cash, bank transfer and eftpos.  

Payments are to be made in full after your treatment prior to leaving the salon.

Square EFTPOS charged will occur an additional 1.9% fee. 

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Shipping costs will be calculated at time of purchase and sent with Australia Post within 24 hours.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY:

Please choose carefully when purchasing retail products, treatments and gift vouchers, as change of mind and wrong decisions will not be refunded. 

Any faulty products will be replaced where possible.

PRIVACY POLICY:

Beauty Aesthetic By Lisa Jane is committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of my customers. 

You will be required to fill out a client consultation form upon your first visit. This is kept private and confidential and will only be used for the purpose of any treatment provided by Beauty Aesthetic By Lisa Jane and is not released to any other organisation.

COVID-19:

We acknowledge that COVID-19 is highly contagious. We have strict measures in place to avoid infection. Following the regulations of the Western Australian Government and National Health Minister, both therapist and client hands are to be regularly washed and sanitised pre and post-treatment, hospital-grade disinfectant is utilised as part of our strict sanitation process and single-use applicators and bedding is utilised. Clients are encouraged to maintain 1.5m distance from others and pay with card wherever possible. For the safety of all, clients are strongly encouraged to monitor their personal health and condition and if you are not feeling well or have come in contact with someone that may express flu-like symptoms, please reschedule your appointment.
